About the Recipe
On a hot summer day there is nothing I love more than a nice cold smoothie. This recipe is a tropical fruit mashup with the Sweetness of mangos and tart sweet pineapples. Both fruits have a numerous amount of nutritional value. Once sea moss is added it becomes a MEGA Smoothie packed with flavor & life. Enjoy anytime of day!
Ingredients
10 oz Mango Chunks
1/2 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
6 fl oz 100 % Pineapple Juice
2 Tablespoon Sea moss Gel
Preparation
Step 1
First prep your mangos by cutting into chunks. Frozen Mangos work just as fine.
Step 2
Add your Mangos in the blender with the Pineapple juice, Greek Yogurt & Sea Moss. Blend for about a minute or until you get desired texture.
Step 3
Pour it in your cup of choice and enjoy!
