This is a simple recipe that you can enjoy in any season. It's light, flavorful & packed with body healing properties.
Ingredients
2 Cups Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1/4 Cup of Diced Strawberries
1/4 Cup Granola
1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons Sea Moss
Preparation
Step 1
Wash, Rinse & Dry your fruits. Diced your strawberries then set aside with blueberries.
Step 2
Add your greek yogurt & Sea mossing a bowl then mix.
Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and ENJOY!
